As a marketing and management major, my time at Niko LA Leasing has helped me apply the concepts I have learned in class in the work environment. The work I was doing here at the internship has helped me analyze how a company operates and all the small components that help the company function and succeed. Overall I would highly recommend this internship opportunity to people who are interested in the marketing field or real estate

My time at Niko LA Leasing provided me with valuable hands-on experience and a better idea about what skills I should attach more importance and make further improvement to in my further endeavors.

Working with Niko LA Leasing has definitely impacted my life for the better. The internship as a whole has refined my interpersonal skills and allowed me to apply what I have spent years studying into real-life concepts. This experience has taught me to not take anything for granted and to push myself to be the most productive me that I possibly can be. I won’t forget how much of an influence Niko was on me and how appreciative I am.

 As a Management major, with little to no marketing experience, interning for Keller Williams/Niko LA Leasing exceeded my expectations. I gained hands-on experience in applying basic marketing concepts that I learned in class to the real world. From branding, creating social media ads, to event organizing, I learned first-hand on how to act as a professional and run a successful business.

As a marketing student, I was unsure how my skills would apply in a real-estate internship. Throughout my time at Niko LA Leasing, I have gained strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to manage websites and create ad content through Wix and Canva. I was given the freedom to bring my own ideas and learn in a professional real-estate environment.

Working for Keller Williams/Niko LA Leasing has helped me to both develop my interpersonal skills and to also apply the theories learned so far in my College courses. Additionally, I learned more about the Real Estate industry and gained a better understanding of how to run a business.

My internship experience with Niko LA Leasing was extremely insightful and thrilling. I was able to gather first-hand exposure to branding, social media marketing, and crafting promotional content. Through the internship, I further developed my management skills and gained

I interned for Keller Williams/Niko LA Leasing for the Spring semester. This internship gave me the opportunity to enhance the soft skills that I am unable to learn in class. This internship allowed me to learn how to properly communicate with professionals and work in a team environment. The work was tough but with the guidance of Niko, I was able to complete all the necessary assignments. Each day was different and I gained new knowledge of the industry, and skills that I can use for my career in the near future. I will forever for be grateful for Niko giving me this wonderful opportunity to work and gain knowledge that will be unforgettable.

My internship at Keller Williams/Niko LA Leasing has given me the opportunity to gain much more insight into the Real Estate Field. Aside from improving my professional skills, one of the aspects about my internship that I most appreciated was the fact that I developed my interpersonal skills, working and interacting with individuals from many different international backgrounds. Niko has been a great mentor throughout the internship.

During my internship with Niko LA Leasing, I experienced many different aspects of the Real Estate industry. I spent my Spring semester interning for Keller Williams/Niko LA Leasing. I was able to take this opportunity to learn skills that would be beneficial to me in the future. Working together with bright minded people allowed me to further my skills and opportunities for growth.

Interning for Niko LA Leasing was an awesome experience and a great opportunity to see how much hard work and dedication contributes to being successful in real estate. Having the ability to communicate with clients, create marketing ads, and work on a team has helped me grow as a business professional.
