Internship Program

Niko LA Leasing has given me invaluable exposure to the functions of a successful business. Working alongside Keller Williams/Niko LA Leasing allowed me to absorb unique branding knowledge, experiment with different marketing techniques, and see real results of the effort, our team put in.

As a Marketing intern, I had the opportunity to apply concepts and ideas from the classroom to a real business setting, with the liberty to implement my own ideas to the business. I gained experience with advertisements, social media

and customer service.

Not being sure of where to go, or if I would even have an internship, Niko accommodated me throughout the entire process. This was a truly unique experience that cannot be replaced, simply because of the opportunities you have to network, exercise your ideas, and learn. Now exiting the internship, I can do more than just add this to my resume. I can precisely apply what I have learned and face new challenges with confidence.

As a Marketing Intern, I had the opportunity to work in the best real estate agent team in LA. From networking with other professionals in the field to leveraging technology for the use of marketing, I learned how to build a working business model.

The time I spent at Niko LA Leasing has provided me with a better understanding of the real estate industry. Communicating with professionals has built my confidence as well as prepare me for the real world. Niko is a great mentor; I am glad to have had the opportunity to work with him this spring semester.

As a real estate intern, I had the opportunity to make my dream into a reality. This internship has helped me get outside of my comfort zone and grow as an individual. I gained experience with how to communicate professionally with clients. It's not every day that you meet someone who believes in your dreams as much as you do. I am so thankful to have had this opportunity.

I will never forget the time I spent at Niko LA Leasing, the experience I received has helped me grow my interpersonal and professional skills. The internship program has taught me about the real estate industry and how important it is to network. Niko has helped me apply what I have learned in school into the real world.

My experience with Niko LA Leasing as his marketing intern was nothing but positive. I️ was able to learn social media/digital marketing skills, event planning, and customer service. I’m excited to see how incoming interns grow and learn from the past ones, and am glad that Niko has been a great mentor and friend in my career path.

As a student who was anxious to get some hands-on experience, the internship opportunity that Niko provided proved to be indispensable. It was an outlet through which I learned how to approach and tackle projects in a professional manner, while also having ample instances where I was able to exercise my creative and conceptual ideas. I will take the skills I've learned from Niko LA Leasing and apply them throughout my academic and professional career.

As a marketing intern, I had the opportunity to take the knowledge learned from my professors and apply it in real-world situations. This was an eye-opener and valuable experience in my career development. I gained experience in managing digital content, creating tailored media

for a live website, and implementing

customer service practices.

While in school obtaining my degree, I also obtained my real estate license. One of the first things I did prior to receiving my license was intern for Niko LA Leasing, where I learned how to work with people, prepare contracts, market units on social media, and learn the overall real estate world. I have now worked with Niko for over three years and we closed a number of leases together. He was very instrumental in the process of obtaining my real estate license and is still involved in my desire to further my career in real estate.
