Concession processing time is APPROXIMATELY 90 DAYS from the lease start date via the property management office.
No concession offer on renewal.
An Agency Disclosure and Brokerage W-9 is required for the concession to be processed and paid.
Selling Agent to acquire final lease directly from the client.

Sunday Submissions
Sunday appointment submissions will be submitted on Monday morning for on-site review and confirmation. Please allow for a 24-hour notice beginning on Monday morning.

As the Selling Agent, YOU will be directly responsible for notifying us of a successful rental at any of our communities. Unless you notify us directly, we will not be able to process the Realtor transaction and request a potential concession. No concession on rental renewals.
