A native of Chicago, IL., Niko is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana /Champaign where he was the recipient of the President’s Full Award Scholarship. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Niko moved to Los Angeles where he initially pursued a career in the entertainment industry. Eventually, Niko shifted his career goals to the LA Property Management / Multifamily Development arena where he spent 12 years building his professional management, marketing, and business acumen. It is due to this amazing career that he subsequently decided to try his hand at entrepreneurship.
Niko became a licensed Realtor and now is the owner/operator of Niko CA Leasing, LLC., One of the most successful Multi-family/Realtor leasing businesses in CA. Niko and his team have set industry transaction records by recently closing over six hundred LA leasing real estate transactions. The team continues to grow its business model throughout LA and California.
Apart from his career successes, Niko tries to find life-balance between his family, friends, and beloved pets. He has a great passion for their philanthropy program, The Keller Williams / Niko LA Leasing College Internship program where he mentors soon-to-be college graduates. He believes it is important to provide guidance, advice, industry experience, and continued education to young people about to enter the work force. Niko LA Leasing also believes it is important to give back to our furry friends by affiliating ourselves with the DTLA German Shepard Rescue.

Brandon Lauro
Executive Assistant
An ambitious and driven individual. Brandon Lauro is a CSUN Senior who will be graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Finance and is also a Realtor in the making. Before Brandon encountered the world of Real Estate, he was a lead taekwondo instructor. Through many years of dedication and commitment, he reached his 3rd-degree black belt and is still pursuing his 4th-degree black belt to attain the title of Master in Taekwondo. Through his experience of teaching and coaching his students of all ages and backgrounds, he learned that he loved to help others pursue their goals and found enthusiasm in assisting people to grow.
Brandon brings this enthusiasm and experience to Niko LA Leasing every single day in any way that he can. Through his time here at Niko LA Leasing, he has been inspired to become a Realtor. He hopes to take the same dedication, commitment, and experience here at Niko LA Leasing as well a that of helping others reach their own goals in fitness and martial arts into Real Estate by assisting others to achieve their pursuits of buying, selling, and investing in Residential Real Estate as well as helping business owners find the perfect commercial lease for their business.
Apart from pursuing his career in Real Estate and working with us here at Niko LA Leasing, Brandon dedicates his time to his family and friends. He donates his time by going on the weekends to teach Taekwondo classes and late evenings during the week. He also has a love of music, picks up his tenor saxophone, and occasionally has jam sessions with his fellow musicians.
