PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Once your feedback is received, Niko LA Leasing will reach out to the showing agent and confirm your Realtor Tour.
All prospects will need to complete a guest card at the communities per corporate policy before touring
A valid ID will be required for everyone touring the property.
A confirmed appointment time will be held for 10 minutes. After this, we will release the appointment to the general public.
Please be sure to review the MLS private remark section.
Please note the availability date for these units on the MLS listing. If the rental is on notice, we will be able to show you a furnished model and review the floor plan of the actual unit. Your client may prelease sight unseen if they are interested in applying.
