Renter TOUR NOTICE
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Once your questionnaire is received, Niko LA Leasing will reach out to the showing agent and confirm your tour.
A valid ID will be required for everyone touring the property.
A confirmed appointment time will be held for 10 minutes. After this, we will release the appointment to the general public.
If the rental is on notice, we will be able to show you a furnished model and review the floor plan of the actual unit. You may pre-lease sight unseen if you are interested in applying
Availability and rate of units are subject to change without notice.
